Your responsibilities
* Acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 regulations
* Providing specialist CDM consultancy and advice to clients and project teams
* Undertaking design risk reviews and advising on design risk management
* Preparing pre-construction information and reviewing health & safety files
* Carrying out site inspections and audits to ensure compliance
The Person
The ideal candidate will be motivated, proactive, and keen to develop their career in a collaborative consultancy environment. You should have:
* Experience working as a CDM Consultant or Principal Designer
* A solid understanding of CDM 2015 and wider Health & Safety legislation
* A background in construction, architecture, or building surveying (desirable)
* Excellent communication skills and client-facing ability
* Membership of IOSH, APS, or working towards chartered status
