Job Title: After School Club Assistant
Location: Primary School – East London
Pay: £13 per hour
Hours: Part-time, Weekdays Approx (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Term Time Only)
Start Date: Immediate Start
About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic After School Club Assistant to join our team at a vibrant and welcoming primary school in East London. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children in a fun and safe environment outside of regular school hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage children aged 4–11 during after school activities.
Set up and run games, creative activities, and snack times.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times.
Work as part of a small team to create a warm, inclusive environment.
Assist with setting up and tidying the club space.
Requirements:
Experience working with children (in a school, childcare, or voluntary setting).
A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working with children.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
