Due to the success of our business, we are looking to recruit a Sales Administrative Assistant This role requires a proactive, highly organised, and self-motivated individual to support both staff and management within our Telesales and Retentions team. As our Sales Administrative Assistant your key responsibilities will be:
* Work closely with the Telesales and Retentions Managers to provide full administrative support across the department
* Verify disconnection statuses, raise IT tickets for unresolved cases, and accurately record disconnection reasons
* Process Early Termination Fee (ETF) credits compliantly, ensuring correct documentation is received before approval
* Raise and amend credits in line with company policy, track agent spend, identify non-compliance, and support corrective actions
* Maintain accurate records, reports and compliance checks to ensure smooth running of telesales operations
* Create and distribute weekly newsletters for TSAR departments, summarising key updates and changes
* Take accurate notes during management meetings and disciplinaries, and follow up on agreed actions
* Send daily and weekly performance updates to managers and teams as required
* Extract and analyse data from internal systems to track team productivity and compliance
* Provide flexible support for ad hoc administrative tasks within the wider telesales and retentions function
* Ensure all administrative processes run efficiently with strong attention to detail
* Demonstrate a self-motivated, resilient and driven approach when managing workload and deadlines
What you'll bring to toob:
* Ideally, has previous experience of working in a busy administrative role (not essential)
* Ability to work proactively, multi-task and prioritise their own workload effectively
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Analytical - can demonstrate, through examples, a structured approach to tasks
* Strong IT skills with experience of using computerised systems and office-based software
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
