Operating from our head office, warehouse, and purpose-built training centre in Hertford, we deliver high-quality electrical services while continuously developing and supporting our people.
The Role
We are seeking experienced Electrical Improvers offering a strong pathway for career development, with clear progression to a fully qualified Electrical Testing & Inspection Engineer within a six-month period. Upon successful progression, you will transition into a full-time, permanent position. The role covers South or West London, with core working hours of Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with electrical installation, maintenance, and testing & inspection works under supervision
* Support the completion of EICRs and remedial works in line with current regulations
* Work safely and in full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and industry standards
* Follow instructions from the assigned Electrical Engineer and work collaboratively as part of a team
* Communicate professionally with residents, clients, and colleagues
* Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
* Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
* Take part in company-provided training to support skills development
* Carry out additional duties as reasonably required by management
What We’re Looking For
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Accurate and excellent attention to detail
* Good practical skills and customer communication
* Positive attitude, reliability and good timekeeping
What You Will Have
* 1-2+ years electrical experience
* L2/L3 Electrical Installations Diploma
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (C&G 2382-18)
* Full UK driving licence
* Basic hand tools
