Actual Salary £14,274 - £14,501 per annum per annum (Grade 5)
This job is Part Time - Term Time Only for 24 hours per week and 39 weeks per year.
It is offered on a Permanent basis.
Approximate start date 17/11/2025.
We are looking for someone who can:
* Provide administrative, practical and technical support to teaching staff in the department.
* Support the teaching staff within designated subject area, to ensure the safe and proper use and maintenance of resources and equipment.
* Assist the designated class teachers/s or subject leader plan and deliver schemes of work.
with the ability to:
* Be organised, able to prioritise, have excellent time management.
* Work well in a team and individually
* Have demonstrable ICT skills for presentation, analysis and recording purposes.
* Cope well under pressure and be efficient at multitasking and meet deadlines
* Follow instructions
* speak English fluently to be able to support students’ learning
Ideally, we would like to appoint someone who has previous experience in practical competence and the safe and proper use of science or similar equipment and experience of stock control and storage of chemicals.
Working days/ pattern - The hours required will be worked Monday to Friday, 5 days a week. Which may be subject to change according to business needs.
