About the role
Join a major infrastructure programme where your commercial expertise will support the successful delivery of high-value Civils and Mechanical & Electrical projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll manage project costs, oversee contracts, and ensure strong commercial control across the project lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing
• Leading cost planning, forecasting, and commercial reporting across Civils & M&E project packages
• Managing subcontractor contracts, variations, and monthly valuations
• Working with project teams to control procurement, budgets, and commercial risks
• Ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting throughout project delivery
