Opportunity: Finance Manager
An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join our client’s successful team in Hinckley.

About the role:
The successful candidate will provide financial expertise and commercial advice to the Director and Heads of Departments, while establishing solid accounting procedures. Experience with SME accounts and financial guidance in a fast-growing business is essential. Responsibilities include managing daily financial accounting and supporting the implementation of KPI structures for timely business reporting.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Prepare monthly accounts (P&L and balance sheet) for three companies
2. Handle VAT returns, SASS, and invoicing for property rental
3. Oversee tax and regulatory compliance
4. Prepare and submit reports to statutory authorities including HMRC
5. Coordinate with external advisors on financial reporting and insurances
6. Manage payroll processes
7. Develop financial forecasting models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow)
8. Participate in annual budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
* ACCA or CIMA qualification, or equivalent experience
* Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
* Professional demeanor
