SALARY: £24,804 to £27,429 per annum for 37.5 hours per week, depending on experience (Grade NN3a-c)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our talented Catering team, with a superb kitchen at our state-of-the-art hospice.

We are seeking a talented and compassionate caterer to join our established team of Chefs, Catering Assistants, and volunteers to deliver a high-quality, cost-effective in-house catering service. Using your skills to create fresh, well-balanced, home-cooked meals for our patients and staff, you will lead your shift ensuring dietary requirements and special requests are met with care and precision.
Supporting the Kitchen Lead, you will enjoy catering for small events and developing your skills in desserts and baking. Good knowledge of food safety, allergens, and dietary needs will be essential.
The post is offered on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week on a shift basis. Your normal shifts will be a mix of 7:30 am to 3:30 pm or 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. In addition to your salary, you will benefit from a generous, enhanced pay rate for working some weekends and bank holidays.
