Our client is seeking a Production Coordinator to join their vibrant team in South Woodham Ferrers.
What You'll Do:
As the Production Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the projects run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating project schedules, resources, and information to keep everything on track
2. Communicating with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity
3. Tracking project progress and preparing detailed reports on milestones
4. Assisting in the preparation of project proposals and documentation
5. Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
6. Supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure a seamless workflow
You should possess:
7. A strong background in project management or coordination in manufacturing or production
8. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
9. Outstanding communication skills-both verbal and written
10. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
11. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude
