Join the Close Brothers Regulatory Reporting Team where you will prepare, review and submit various regulatory returns, primarily monthly liquidity returns including ALMM and LCR and quarterly regulatory returns, such as Basis Risk and FSA017. In addition, the role holder will support the production of Bank of England statistical returns such as the monthly BT, BE, AD, AL and ELS. The successful candidate will keep up to date with technical regulatory requirements and forthcoming regulatory changes and implementing changes to processes and procedures as required. RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting (including analysis and communication of findings) Production and analysis of monthly liquidity returns, including ALMM and LCR, and quarterly returns, including Basis Risk and FSA017 Support production of other regulatory returns as required Continual improvement of processes, using tools such as Alteryx, to enhance controls and create efficiencies Ensure that adequate documentation is maintained relating to processes and assumptions Regulatory change Maintain up to date knowledge of reporting requirements, regulatory changes and developments Support the regulatory change process by supporting projects and providing input into requirement definition documents Where relevant, carry out impact analysis of proposed regulatory changes Implement any required changes to the reporting procedures Stakeholder management Build relationships with key stakeholders, in particular with Finance and Treasury to ensure that queries are dealt with in a prompt manner. Liaise closely with the Bank financial control team to ensure they understand reporting requirements and are given sufficient notice of new or changing requirements in the future. Risk & Compliance Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
