Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Large Format Production Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Pontypool. The role involves overseeing large format printing projects, managing production schedules, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality outputs, and ensuring adherence to company standards. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage production resources, and address client specifications while maintaining efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with safety protocols.

* Proficiency in large format printing processes, equipment operation, and production techniques
* Strong project management and scheduling abilities to handle complex workflows effectively
* Leadership and team management skills for supervising and motivating production staff
* Knowledge of quality control processes and production standards in the printing and packaging industry
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address production challenges and client requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members
* Experience in the printing or packaging industry is a strong advantage
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for print production and project management
