Senior Finance Administrator / Assistant Practice Manager

đź•’ Office-based + hybrid after probation ( 2 days WFH per week)

What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as the go-to contact for external providers and internal teams
* Managing client onboarding, AML/KYC checks and CRM updates
* Managing finance tasks: payroll, VAT returns, management accounts
* Coordinating health & safety admin and keeping the office running smoothly
* Pitching in across the firm — reception, marketing, and more
What you’ll bring:
* Strong financial admin experience (in accountancy or professional services)
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Confident communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and practice management systems
* AML/KYC and GDPR knowledge
* Calm, proactive, professional approach
