Service Owner Specialist, you’ll be accountable for the end-to-end delivery and performance of IT services across a designated product line. From managing third-party providers to ensuring 24/7 service availability, you’ll be the go-to expert for operational excellence, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business language. Experience with PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies.
