The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance to lead and develop their in-house maintenance operations across a diverse residential and commercial property portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction within the maintenance division. The successful candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to team management and service delivery.
