Role Overview
As a Customer Advisor, you will play a crucial role in your store's success. Responsibilities include delivering a customer-centric store experience and managing day-to-day store operations.

* Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably within a premium retailer.
* Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
* Quick learner with the ability to develop exceptional product knowledge across our range.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Set high standards for customer service and sales, serving as an R.M.Williams role model.
* Maintain visual standards to create an appealing store environment.
* Provide excellent Signature Service to every customer.
* Engage actively in selling and participate in promotions to meet sales targets.
* Stay informed about new products, promotions, and policies.
