Persons in this role will be responsible for the successful implementation and supervision of the Tétris EMEA BIM standards, protocols, and technologies in their specific Country Hub, encompassing the entire Design & Build project lifecycle. The person will play a vital role in supporting the digital transformation of their Hub´s company operations. They will lead the Local BIM team, provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members on Tétris EMEA BIM and VDC processes, software, and standards. In small country teams without team members who can fulfil BIM Coordinator project responsibilities, these responsibilities will be incorporated to this role. Under the guidance of the Regional BIM Managers, they form part of the BIM development team at Tetris, testing new workflows prior to release to the Local teams. KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES - RESPONSIBILITIES Enforce Tetris EMEA BIM and VDC project protocols and standards across all projects within their hub ensuring consistency and efficiency. Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) as the Common Data Environment (CDE) to establish project setups and provide support to project administrators in its utilization. The primary modules to be used include ACC Docs, ACC Design Collaboration, and ACC Build. Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient integration of BIM data throughout the project timeline. Initiate and manage the generation of Pre and/or post contract BEPs (BIM Execution Plans), reviewing and facilitating the amendments to these throughout the duration of projects within their hub. Revit model set-ups, to suit parameters set out in BEP´s, with correct geolocations implemented, integrating all Tétris design protocols for project set-up. Provide support to the team in project management and construction activities, ensuring the implementation of appropriate VDC protocols, in line with Tetris EMEA standards, guaranteeing the quality of information to prevent potential risks resulting from any communication gaps. Conduct regular BIM training sessions to enhance the capabilities of team members and project stakeholders. Preparation of project-specific BIM training documentation as needed. Conduct regular BIM Authoring (Revit) training sessions to enhance the capabilities of team members. Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies in BIM and VDC, sharing these with the Regional BIM teams. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY, AND SKILLS Experience with design and Project Management software, including, but not limited to; Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, ACC Docs, ACC Design Collaboration, ACC Build Experience with construction industry standards, including, but not limited to; ISO 19650, COBie, IFC, Uniclass, Uniformat 2015, etc. Experience with Woking with, and managing, BIM Execution Plans (BEP´s). Experience with setting up Revit Models, using shared coordinates. Familiarity with working with Point cloud data for project use. Familiarity with programming solutions, Dynamo & Python scripting. Familiarity with the interoperability of design and management software applications. SOUND LIKE YOU? QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, master's degree preferred. Proven experience as a BIM Manager or in a similar BIM-related role, with a track record of successful BIM implementation on design and construction projects. Proven experience with relevant software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC Docs, ACC Design Collaboration and ACC Build Proven experience in overseeing entire project lifecycle for Design & Build fit-out projects, from concept design to construction coordination. Proven Experience with construction industry standards, including, but not limited to ISO 19650, COBie, IFC, etc. ADDITIONAL NOTES This outlines the general nature and key features of the role, but it is not exhaustive.
