Find out more about the work we do here: Citizen Transformation Lead Salary: £ 54,216 Position: Permanent, full time 37 hours per week Location: Birmingham/Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week This role involves working across all areas of the business, using evidence to diagnose areas for improvement, working with colleagues to develop improvement plans and design solutions. You will be key to the project team assuming the role of Business Analyst, developing and delivering the right solution and ensuring that identified benefits are realised and sustained. In addition, you will be supporting colleagues to understand, adopt and embed a continuous improvement culture across Citizen.
