Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a reputable logistics business, to recruit a for a Shipping Coordinator on a permanent, full-time basis. The Role
1. Responsible for monitoring and tracking of shipments, handling of all queries promptly.
2. Updating tracking systems and preparing of customs documentation.
3. Administrative tasks including, invoicing, billing and reporting.
4. Provide high level customer service and resolve any queries.
The Right Person
5. A strong administrator, ideally with previous experience working within shipping/ transport.
6. Ability to work within tight time frames and be an excellent communicator.
7. IT proficiency, good with numbers and ability to pick up on new systems quickly.
8. A customer service professional, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
The package for this role includes a salary of up to £27,000 depending on experience, alongside a wider benefits package which can be discussed upon meeting with Honeycomb. This role offers the rare opportunity to work within a thriving industry, with a great team. This role is based in office in Belfast with a shift pattern of Monday- Friday 8am-4:15pm with 1-3 weekend cover 8am-12pm.
