Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Teamwear Orders Coordinator. The role involves managing and processing customer teamwear orders with our manufacturer, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service from order placement through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately place teamwear and custom kit orders with manufacturer via online portals and ordering systems.
* Check order details for accuracy (sizes, colours, customisation, quantities, etc.) before submission.
* Liaise with manufacturer to confirm order status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
* Monitor production and shipping timelines to keep customers updated.
* Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure orders are processed correctly and on time.
* Resolve any issues with orders (delays, errors, stock shortages) quickly and professionally.
* Keep accurate records of all orders and correspondence.
* Support the wider operations team with general administration tasks when required.
Requirements
* Experience in order processing, administration, or a similar coordination role (preferably in retail, wholesale, or sportswear).
* Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
* Good communication skills for dealing with manufacturers and internal teams.
* Competent in using online systems, Microsoft Office, and email.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
* Knowledge of sports teamwear or retail would be an advantage but is not essential.

Pay: £12.80-£14.00 per hour
