What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high‑volume bar.
* Ability to balance speed and precision while delivering consistently high‑quality drinks.
* Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and a real passion for wine.
* A love for hospitality—welcoming every guest and helping turn first‑timers into regulars.
* Team spirit and reliability in a busy service environment.
What to Expect
* Competitive Pay: £12.21 per hour plus tronc (total package usually in the range of £13.40 – £14.50 per hour). Paid every two weeks (wages) and monthly (tronc).
