Role Overview:
The Business Analyst for Spirax Group IT will work across multiple projects at different lifecycle stages, bridging the gap between business needs and technical requirements of the technology solutions. The Business Analyst will collaborate with subject matter experts and IT teams to identify and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
* Working collaboratively with the Group IT Project Management Office, supporting IT areas such as Cloud Infrastructure, Security, Modern Workplace, and Collaboration
* Establishing and implementing elements of business analysis, such as business case development, project scoping, and requirements gathering
* Gathering and analyzing data, supporting business case creation, and performing impact assessments during early project phases
* Requirements gathering, refinement, and collaboration with stakeholders like project managers and technical teams
* Providing training to users and trainers to facilitate knowledge transfer to BAU teams at project completion
Your previous experience is likely to include…
* Experience as a Business Analyst within IT or similar roles/sectors
* Effective communication with all levels of the business
* Mapping technology requirements against strategic objectives
