Responsibilities:
* Be the face of IMPRESS, deliver a world-class experience for every patient.
* Explain and determine the suitable treatment plans for patients.
* Examine medical records and take 3D scans, coordinate fixed braces treatments if required.
* Make follow up visits, IPRs, put engagers and deliver treatments of aligners.
* Educate patients on oral health practices and prescribe medication when necessary.
* Deal with escalated cases for patients who require orthodontic care or supervision, including but not limited to influencers, kids, teenagers, complex cases, and those requiring metal braces.
* Help hiring of other Impress orthodontists/dentists
* Give training to other doctors, in-clinic and office staff. Help the new doctors with their cases and create a good work environment in the clinic.
* Review diagnoses and review the treatment plans.
* Drive quality of other doctors’ work by giving your feedback and advice on complex cases; being available to answer doctors and patient questions;
* Uphold clinical standards and ensure patient safety and Impressive experience.
* Help us improve procedures and implement best practices. Be responsible together with the Country manager & the entire team for achieving KPIs in revenue, conversion and patient’s satisfaction (NPS).
* Lead protocols, training and medical processes, collaborate with other countries.
* Launch new product lines at Impress.
* Be obsessed with NPS, quality, conversions, and great patient experience. Be intolerant of performance lower than “Impressive”.
* Participate in the preparation of advertising videos, social media events and TV events and conferences.
Requirements:
* Valid GDC registration number (Enrolled in Specialist Orthodontic List)
* County/Shire licence and malpractice insurance required.
* Proven experience in the digital orthodontic sector is a MUST.
* Compliance with all dental and healthcare laws.
* Calm and professional manner with patients.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong computer skills with healthcare applications.
