What does the role involve?
In your role as an Account Manager, no day will be the same, but your activities will include:
1. Visiting sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, listening, and tailoring solutions accordingly.
2. Demonstrating our innovative products and state-of-the-art software on-site.
3. Developing 'focus' customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
4. Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing the CRM system Salesforce.

What you need is:
While many qualities contribute to success as an Account Manager, the following skills and experience are a good starting point:
* Customer-facing/sales experience in any industry.
* Solution-oriented approach—identifying customer pain points and needs to offer suitable solutions.

* Resilience and adaptability to engage with all customer levels, from site operators to directors.
* Drive and motivation to succeed and overcome challenges.
* Curiosity and passion for learning, development, and growth.
* Excellent organizational skills for managing time and priorities independently.
* Essential: Full manual UK driving license to visit customers on-site five days a week. Please disclose any points on your license along with expiry dates.
