* Up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal knowledge
* Willingness to develop personally and help propel the team forward at The Amsterdam Inn
Responsibilities include:
* Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager
* Produce high-quality dishes consistently according to specifications
* Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
* Assist with stock management, ordering, and supply management
* Ensure the kitchen remains clean and hygienic at all times
* Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
* Lead the team to achieve company targets
