Rapidly adopting and scaling the CRM is a key business strategy, and the Architect leads on all technical design and decision-making.
The role
The CRM is currently used in pockets across the business and is working effectively. The goal now is to achieve company-wide adoption.
The business is eager to do so, recognizing the benefits already realized.
The Architect
The Architect needs to understand the business requirements and design appropriate solutions and features for successful adoption and maximum benefit from the CRM.
This role involves technical hands-on work and high-level design, making it quite demanding but highly rewarding if executed well.
You will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of the overall solution.
You will have the support of a team of D365 developers and systems support analysts.
There is ample resources available; you will not manage the team but will have task management responsibilities and access to a talented, willing team of developers.
Requirements
An experienced CRM architect familiar with MS Dynamics, particularly F&O and CE.
Ability to handle stakeholders confidently.
You need to be based in the UK and willing to travel occasionally (approximately once a quarter).
Relevant qualifications and education are preferred but not essential.
