We’re working with a well established training provider in South Wales that delivers high quality skills programmes across a range of sectors. They’re looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen existing employer relationships and drive growth through tailored training solutions.
As a Key Account Manager, you will:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of employer accounts across South Wales
* Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction
* Identify employer training needs and match them with suitable funded and commercial programmes
* Work closely with curriculum, delivery, and compliance teams to ensure a smooth learner journey
* Develop account plans and strategies to grow engagement and repeat business
* Keep up to date with changes in funding, industry developments, and sector priorities
* Attend employer meetings, events, and networking opportunities to promote services and build partnerships
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in account management, business development, or employer engagement within the training or education sector
* Strong understanding of work-based learning, apprenticeships, and/or adult training provision
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage your own pipeline
* Familiarity with CRM systems and confident in using data to support planning and reporting
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across South Wales
