The Scope: As a Product Designer in the Broadband and TV Tribe, you’ll help shape the future of our TV user experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric designs that drive engagement and commercial success.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Contributing to the vision and strategy for the TV UX/UI portfolio, grounded in customer insights, emerging technologies, and strategic partnerships.
* Leading the design and development of TV UX/UI experiences, working closely with internal and external teams to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
* Managing and executing the TV UX/UI roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features and products.
* Supporting business transformation initiatives by simplifying the product portfolio and reducing reliance on legacy systems.
* Owning the end-to-end customer journey, driving satisfaction, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
* Collaborating on CAPEX and OPEX planning for design-related initiatives.
* Ensuring the seamless integration of EE TV with other products and services, aligning with marketing and consumer priorities.
* Taking ownership of additional products or projects as business needs evolve.
* Championing best-in-class design practices, tools, and processes across the design community.
Experience Needed To Be Successful In The Role
* Extensive experience using industry standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and/or similar software.
* Experience designing for accessibility, creating solutions that meet high standards and regulatory expectations.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
* Proven track record of delivering customer and commercial outcomes.
