Are you an experienced clinician looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a Clinical Lead to support the district nursing team in the Cambridge East Locality.
The core hours are during main shifts.
The ideal candidate will be an RGN Level nurse, educated to degree level or with equivalent experience, possessing a relevant post-registration qualification in community practice.
The candidate should have a strong team ethic, a sense of accountability, and the ability to work under pressure. This position is suitable for registered nurses with the right attributes to enhance a team.
Main duties of the job:
As a Clinical Lead, you will work autonomously, taking responsibility for care, quality, and clinical activities within our Community Nursing Teams. You will provide advanced nursing leadership, guidance, clinical advice, and input related to healthcare quality.
You will clinically lead and support the team to recognize, prioritize, and respond appropriately, ensuring the delivery of an effective service that meets the needs of individuals, families, and communities in line with local and national development plans, Trust policies, and procedures.
