Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator:
* Build relationships with Landlords, handling enquiries with confidence
* Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential tenants
* Manage client records and feedback through our system
* Negotiate and handle offers, and any queries between Landlord and tenant
* Support marketing efforts and new business generation for the department
* Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
* Assist the wider department, ensuring all paperwork is order ready for move in
What we’re looking for from a Lettings Negotiator:
* Minimum of six months industry experience
* Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!
* A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Solid IT skills & attention to detail
* A well-presented and professional approach
* Punctuality & great organisational skills
* Valid driving licence and own car
