Job Title: Maintenance Operative

Note: This role is part-time, 20 hours/week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring our Residents live in a proactively inspected and well-maintained environment.
2. Carrying out audits and maintaining accurate records.
3. Performing repairs such as replacing taps, fitting extractor fans, repairing windows, or decorating spaces with kindness and consideration.
Candidate Requirements:
* Solid experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning, and housekeeping.
* Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
* Ideally, some IT skills.
* Ability to communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding:
Recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. Attend safeguarding training and undertake additional role-specific training. Seek advice and report concerns appropriately.
