Overview
The Estates Department is looking for a Building Craftsperson (carpentry bias) with a background preferably gained in a building services or healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
* Undertake building and minor improvement tasks across the Trust's properties and for its contracted customers, ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures.
* Perform minor painting tasks, lock maintenance and drainage clearance and inspections.
* Carry out duties with the physical ability and agility required for manual handling.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Building Craftsperson (carpentry bias) with relevant background, preferably from a building services or healthcare environment.
* Must have a current full UK driving licence.
* Additional training will be provided for a successful applicant who does not fully meet the person specification.
