You will play a critical role in making that vision a reality.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key national clients.
* Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
* Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
* Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals, challenges, and industry trends.
* Create, present and implement strategic account plans to achieve client and organisational objectives.
* Identify opportunities for New Business accounts (20% of role focusing on New Business), and upselling and cross‑selling additional products or services into existing accounts.
Revenue Growth
* Drive account growth by identifying and pursuing new revenue streams.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the organisation.
Collaboration and Coordination
* Work closely with internal teams (e.g. sales, marketing, supply chain, product development, customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
* Communicate client needs and feedback to relevant departments.
Reporting and Analysis
* Maintain accurate weekly sales reporting data. Identifying underperformance and implement corrective actions.
* Use data analytics to track account performance, develop actionable insights and support customers.
* Prepare detailed reports on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics for internal & external meetings.
Market Insights
* Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ activities.
* Use insights to inform account strategies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
* At least 2‑3 years of proven experience in Account Management. New business history is desired but not compulsory.
