Tasks
What You’ll Own
You will take ownership across the entire growth engine:
* Meta Ads & performance marketing
* Creative strategy
* Ad copy & hooks
* Landing pages & funnels
* CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
* Shopify optimisation
* Growth experiments & testing
* Building and managing a creative team
You’ll work directly with the founder and help shape the systems, playbooks and processes that drive growth.

Requirements
Must‑Have Requirements
* 2+ years hands‑on experience in DTC e‑commerce
* Strong Shopify experience
* Strong Meta Ads experience
* Experience analysing ROAS, CAC, conversion rates and funnel performance
* Ability to write copy, identify winning hooks and evaluate creatives
* Excellent English communication skills
* High accountability and ownership mentality

* Lack of data literacy
* Looking for a management‑only role
