* Leverage Salesforce and Metasoly to manage customer interactions and data.
* Employ Site Manager for effective network management and troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance network performance and reliability.

Essential Skills

* Proven experience in network engineering.
* Proficiency with Metasoly and Ciena MCP.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Ciena 6500 systems.
* Familiarity with Salesforce and Site Manager.
