December Holiday Camp Assistant – South London
Pay: £115–£120 per day
Contract: 1–4 weeks (December school holidays)

We’re looking for enthusiastic, caring Holiday Camp Assistants to support our fun, active and memorable December camps for children aged 3–11. This is a great opportunity for anyone passionate about childcare, early years or sports-based activity programmes.
**PLEASE NOTE - START DATE IS 18TH DEC AND THERE WILL BE A VARIATION OF SHIFTS FOR YOU TO CHOOSE FROM**

About the Company

The Role
You’ll help run daily activities, support children through sports, games and creative play, and work closely with senior coaches to maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
Who This Role Suits
Experience in any of the following is ideal:

Sports coaching or children’s sports clubs
*
School or holiday camp settings
*
Nurseries or early-years environments
*
Playwork, youth work or after-school clubs
Suitable previous job titles include: Sports Coach, Camp Assistant, Playworker, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Activity Leader, Early Years Assistant, Children’s Sports Instructor or PE Assistant.

Support delivery of activities, sports and games

Supervise and engage children throughout the day

Create a safe, fun and inclusive environment

Assist senior coaches with routines

Set up and pack down daily equipment
*
Encourage teamwork, confidence and positive behaviour
Requirements

NVQ Level 2/3 or QCF in Childcare/Early Years
*
Energetic, reliable and enthusiastic attitude
*
Passion for working with children
*
Ability to commit to 1–4 weeks
*
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
*
Confident working within a team
