NEW Customer Service Role in Stoke-on-TrentCustomer Service AdvisorStoke AreaPermanent£26,000Full timeWorking hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am – 4:30pm (30-minute break)Main Responsibilities
1. Answer iing phone calls and emails from customers
2. Make outgoing phone calls to customers with updates on their orders. Investigate and resolve a range ofplaints
Logplaints on the system and mark to the relevant department.
3. Support customers arriving on site
4. Organising the service schedules and arranging customer visits
5. Booking courier services
6. Learn the technical knowledge of products
Background required
7. Customer Service
8. Administration
9. Knowledge of Manufacturing Sector
