Assist and manage incoming calls and answer customer queries.
Coordinate equipment orders for delivery, installation, and collection.
Analyze orders by checking, identifying, and reporting errors in online orders.
Provide telephone and email advice to clinical/social care staff to support TEC prescription.
Perform general administration to support daily activities and duties.
Occasionally assist with selecting stock in the warehouse for technicians, ensuring stock is recorded and maintained.
Work with people experiencing different vulnerabilities.
Requirements:
* Experience in a busy, fast-paced customer service environment.
* Relevant telephone-based customer service experience preferred.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience in administration, order processing, and workload scheduling.
* Professional and confident communication via telephone and email.
* Stock management experience is advantageous but not essential.
* IT skills with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
