Job Overview
The Trust seeks Clinical Advisor EOC (Validators) for the Clinical Assessment Service in Bedford, Chelmsford, or Norwich. We welcome applications from Paramedics, Nurses (Adult & Paediatric). Both full and part-time roles are available, including relief and core rotas.
This role involves intercepting lower acuity 999 calls, providing advice, and arranging appropriate care pathways to reduce ambulance demand and A&E admissions. The successful candidate must hold an NMC or HCPC registration.

Person Specification
Knowledge & Experience
* Current NMC or HCPC registration with at least 2 years post-registration clinical experience in A&E, Medical, or Primary Care settings.
* Experience in face-to-face or telephone triage.
Personal Skills
* High IT and telephony skills.
Personal Aptitude
* Critical analysis skills, knowledge of differential diagnosis, experience with audit and clinical governance.
