Role Overview – Sales Leader

As a Sales Leader, you will be supported by the Head of Business to develop, encourage, inspire and enhance the team's current sales and success. You will provide the Used Car Sales Team with the framework, guidance, assurance and enthusiasm to optimise both individual and collective potential for unparalleled success.


Responsibilities

* Drive your Sales Team – ignite motivation and provide expert coaching to ensure targets and goals are achieved
* Maintain high level of customer service and achieving top CSI scores for the dealership
* Implement compliance and maintain manufacturer standards and obligations to the customer, ensuring trust and integrity in all that we do
* Provide fair financial advice and services to customers, adhering to FCA regulations
* Ensure the dealership is well presented – manage site stock effectively, leaving a lasting impression on all who visit

* Impressive sales background in the automotive industry, backed by exceptional communication and negotiation skills that continually drive success

* Flexible approach – collaborate with Telesales and Retention Teams to support enquiry management of the dealership
