Join Our Team as a Housing Management Officer!
Do you enjoy making a difference by ensuring safe, welcoming homes for people in need?
As a Housing Management Officer, you will manage the delivery of high-quality housing services for our clients aged 16 and above. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and ready for new tenants—coordinating repairs, undertaking inspections, maintaining records, and assisting with tenancy transitions.
Who we’re looking for:
* Someone with the ability to liaise with landlords to ensure properties are maintained to legal standards
* Someone who is organised and can manage tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and other information systems.
* Hold a valid UK driving licence (or one permitting driving in the UK) and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
