Operations Team Leader - MI Analysis and Insights Working Hours: 37.5 Location: Leeds (Hybrid 2 Days Office, 3 Remote) Medical Protection Society (MPS) is the worlds leading medical defence organisation,providingexpert advice,support and protection to healthcare professionals across the globe. Within Operations, our Business Services & Governance function plays a vital role in enablinghigh-quality, compliant and efficient services through strong governance, insight and continuous improvement. The Opportunity Were looking for an Operations Team Leader MI Analysis & Insights to lead the delivery ofhigh-qualityoperational data, insight and analysis that informsdecision-makingand drives performance across global Operations. This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear insight, partnering with seniorleadersand using evidence to improve services,productivityand the member experience. Youll lead a small specialist MI & Insights team, act as a trusted partner to Operations leaders and help embed a strong,data-ledculture across MPS. As OperationsTeamLeader,youll: Act as a trusted partner to senior operational leaders, offering insight, challenge and support to drive better decisions Providein-depthanalysis to explain performance, identify trends, and highlight root causes and improvement opportunities Support performance modelling, forecasting and analysis to optimise productivity, service KPIs and quality Work closely with the central Data & Analytics function to define and deliver meaningful operational metrics Ensure robust governance, controls and assurance over MI, reporting andhigh-profileoperational issues Champion a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion andmember-centricservice excellence Whatwerelooking for Youllbe an experienced leader with s trong analytical capability, comfortable operating at pace and influencing senior stakeholders throughevidence-basedinsight. Youllbring: Proven experience leading and developinghigh-performinganalytical or MI teams Strong expertise in MI, analytics and insight, with the ability to translate data into meaningful action Experience working with both financial andnon-financialdata Excellent communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills A strong understanding of data governance, risk and compliance Experience using data to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency It would be great(but not essential)if you also have: Professional qualifications in Data Analytics Experience in medical defence, insurance or a similarly regulated environment Understanding ofend-to-endservice, claims or cases processes Why join MPS?
