We are currently recruiting for a Bartender for our destination May Fair
Kitchen Restaurant located within our 5 Star The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel.
Overview:
· An amazing opportunity to join our exclusive May Fair Kitchen team located within the 5 Star May Fair Hotel as a Bartender.
· You will be serving a range of high end cocktails, wines and spirits and should be able to make recommendations as per a guests preferences.
. You will take orders correctly ensuring that all beverages are presented elegantly to guests.
. You will ensure the specification of cocktails is adhered to at all times.
. You will ensure discrepancies such as spillages and breakages are recorded accurately so that the stock check each month is correct.
. You will deliver service standards in accordance with the company brand standards.
. Be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros.
About You:
· Previous bartender experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar and cocktail operation is essential.
· Able to demonstrate excellent, attention to detail and customer service skills.
· Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
· Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest liquor and food trends.
