We are looking for a reliable and organised General Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our clients office. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
The client are a manufacturing company based in Southam CV47, so living locally or having your own transport is essential. This is a temp to perm position with an immediate start
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phones and responding to emails
* Filing and maintaining records
* Data entry and updating databases
* Assisting with payroll and timesheets (if required)
* Preparing basic documents, letters, and reports
* Supporting other departments as needed
* Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels
Requirements:
* Previous admin experience preferred but not essential
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Shifts - Monday to Friday - 8am - 5:30pm
