They’re looking for a Service & Contracts Manager to take ownership of incoming orders and ensure everything runs like clockwork. From the moment the order lands to delivery day.

What You’ll Own
* Be the first point of contact for incoming orders and service requests.
* Coordinate seamlessly across engineering, production, and suppliers to hit deadlines.

* Spot bottlenecks before they become problems and smooth out the process.
* Work with the sales team to ensure contracts and specifications are crystal clear.
* Identify ways to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce errors.
Who You Are
* Experienced in order management, service operations, or production coordination, ideally within machinery, engineering, or manufacturing.
* A natural organiser with keen attention to detail and a head for solving problems.
* Confident juggling multiple priorities, keeping teams aligned and deadlines met.
* Strong communicator who builds relationships internally and externally.
* Technical knowledge of machinery is a bonus, but not essential.
