Are you a competent account manager with experience of working on new and existing business? Do you have experience of handling larger clients within an import / exports type environment? Job Responsibilities:
* Check that the shipping documents are present/in order
* Make Payments to the shipping lines
* Liaise with shipping lines/overseas agents and other forwarding agents
* Ensuring files are fully costed and profitable
* Raising invoices to customers
* Ensuring any queries are resolved as soon as possible
* Check the options re releases (Line Haul/Merchant Haul/Rail)
* Arrange releases, PIN numbers and restitution
* Providing prompt and professional Customer Service to all clients

1. Experience of working with both new and existing clients / customers
