The Service Administrator will be responsible for looking after day-to-day service administration and helping the wider Operations team. Full training will be given.
Duties include but are not limited to –
· Answering inbound calls and emails
· Sorting Engineer Clearances and helping with training requirements
· Creating info packs for engineer jobs
· Helping project managers and other managers with office based tasks whilst they are
out on site
· Assisting with gathering info for management reports
· Assisting giving info to engineers whilst out on site
· Helping when engineers come into the office
· Providing cover for other administration staff
· Ad hoc duties as required.
