Key responsibilities include: * Undertaking initial triage assessments for all new housing enquiries * Assessing households’ risk of homelessness at first contact * Providing tailored housing advice and early intervention support * Advising on a range of housing options including private rent, social housing, and supported accommodation * Responding to general enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face contact * Supporting residents with access to services that help sustain tenancies * Delivering advice across areas such as homelessness, tenancy rights, domestic abuse, and financial issues To be successful in this role, you will need: * Recent experience working within a housing options, homelessness, or triage environment * Strong interpersonal skills with a non-judgmental and empathetic approach * Ability to assess complex situations and apply investigative skills * A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Working Arrangements * Office-based in Braintree during training * Thereafter, 3 days per week in the office...
