Key responsibilities:
Ensure timely and complete deliveries are made in accordance with customer schedules.
Play a key role in achieving departmental KPIs including stock accuracy, on-time delivery and delivery precision.
Assist with and participate in audits and inventory checks as required.
Address and implement containment actions for logistics-related issues arising from quality investigations, audits, or customer complaints.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of customer-specific requirements and ensure compliance, particularly for automotive delivery standards.
Actively contribute to the standardisation of operations by developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Operate independently while offering guidance and support to team members as needed.
Use systems and Microsoft Office effectively to generate pick sheets, stock check reports and support other administrative tasks.
Promote and maintain Health & Safety responsibilities, support company targets and ensure compliance in your area.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
