Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Chester. This role is vital in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and safety, contributing to our mission of providing organised and effective facilities management services.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Supervise cleaning staff, providing training and support.
* Coordinate schedules and assign tasks efficiently.
* Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
* Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Report on operational issues and suggest improvements.
* Collaborate with other departments to meet overall service goals.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in cleaning supervision or facilities management.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning services.
* Fluency in English is required.
* Prior experience with scheduling and inventory management is a plus.
