1. Drive new business acquisition in line with the growth strategy
2. Build, manage, and maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline within the CRM
3. Prospect and generate leads through proactive outreach and follow-up
4. Lead new customer onboarding, ensuring seamless business integration
5. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the full range of logistics services
6. Develop long-term, profitable customer relationships through a value-led sales approach
